Baby Ace Model 'D' N68686
This Baby Ace looks to be a very early 'D' model since the picture looks like it is circa early 1960s (could be wrong on that.... I am not even sure when 'D' model plans first became available). The picture below shows the same airplane sporting new orange paint and wheel pants... a very attractive upgrade. I like it a lot. Not that anything was wrong with the original look, but I like the wheel pants and the brighter paint color.

A Very Nice Re-Furbishment.
What can I say? They always look nicer with pants! Don't you? Seriously, the wheel pants do make an attractive difference, and while I have nothing against white airplanes, this orange looks really sharp on a Baby Ace 'D'! Guy Foster [The Baby Ace Man]
