Old Blue 'C' - Vintage Baby Ace Airplane
Here is an interesting Baby Ace Project that is apparently very old and some long time sitting. Notice the power plant (last picture below). Looks like a Chevrolet Corvair engine. Not so sure I would want to risk my fanny flying behind that (my friend used to drive a Corvair whenever it ran -which was not too often; if he could keep oil in it - which was not too easy). But if the project were cheap enough and free of corrosion it might be a good candidate for a power conversion to a Continental C-65 or larger. Guy Foster [The Baby Ace Man]

Nice Paperwork Certificates
Opps - just learned that this engine may be a Revmaster which I think is Volkswagen. That may be a little better but I prefer a Continental, Lycoming or Franklin with heavy preference to the Continental if under 100HP. Here is the original advertisement selling this airplane:
